This is about unlocking your own creative thinking, not about getting you to behave or think like someone else. Setting up a time for dialogue focuses your energies on to what is important right now, first of all dealing with situations that may otherwise prevent you from realising your desirable future.

First are the day-to-day service or technical issues like customer relations and product manufacture and delivery. Second are management issues like staffing, office systems and workplace procedures.
